Our services are available to adults aged 18 and over only.
We offer psychology-based identity and personal brand programmes, coaching, digital workbooks, group cohort programmes and related content under the PIVOT Blueprint brand.
All programme content, materials and intellectual property remain the property of Sky Enterprises Karolina Rafalski at all times.
All prices are displayed at the point of purchase and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorise us to charge the amount stated at checkout.
For instalment payment plans, you are committing to the full payment schedule at the point of purchase. Missed payments may result in suspension of access to programme materials.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect purchases already made.
Programme commencement is defined as the moment the confirmation email containing assessment links or any programme access details is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Receipt of this email constitutes the start of your programme regardless of whether links have been opened or assessments completed.
By purchasing any programme, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this refund policy in full.

Upon purchase, you will receive access to programme materials via our Kajabi platform. Access details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Access to digital programmes is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or programme materials with any third party.
We reserve the right to revoke access in cases of misuse, breach of these terms, or failed payment.
All content, frameworks, workbooks, assessments, videos, written materials and programme content — including the P.I.V.O.T framework — are the intellectual property of Sky Enterprises Karolina Rafalski and are protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Personal use of programme materials for your own development is permitted.
Our programmes are psychology-based personal development and identity coaching tools. They are not therapy, counselling, medical advice or psychological treatment.
If you are experiencing a mental health condition, we recommend seeking support from a qualified mental health professional.
Results from our programmes vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Transformation requires your active participation and commitment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky Enterprises Karolina Rafalski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our programmes or website.
Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant programme or product.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts.
For consumers based in the EU, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.
